I have designed the logbook to help athletes of all ages become more mindful of WHAT they are doing and WHY they are doing it. Sometimes we move through life without taking the time to reflect on the past or plan for the future.

With the logbook, you will take full control of your life and be accountable for your actions. The logbook will help you to be more productive, understand yourself more (what works and doesn’t work for you) and will keep track of all your successes which you can reflect back on when needed.

There is a monthly and weekly reflection and planning section. This is to help athletes understand what they have achieved last month/week and what their intentions/goals are for this month/week.
There is also a section to fill out before/after training and games to help you with your pre and post-performance routine.

The aim for the log book was to get athletes to complete it on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to help them become more productive, have more energy, have a calmer mindset, and ultimately improve their performance.
In short the mindset for performance log book is designed to take control of your life in and out of your sport.
