The Sideline Live Podcast
The Sideline Live is a project I created in February 2020, and has developed into a popular podcast and social media brand in the Irish sporting community.​
My passion for sharing and creating content has created opportunities to connect with individuals involved in the world of sport. I consider my content as bridging the gap between traditional and athlete focused media providing valuable insights for athletes and coaches. As a podcast host I regularly interview some of Ireland's most successful athletes while also providing a platform for those that deserve more recognition. The podcast has grown a committed and engaged audience and regularly features on the Apple Podcast Charts.

Open Coaching Forum
In 2021 I co created a What’s App group for coaches and high performers to connect and share ideas during COVID lockdown. This has grown into a global community of over 270 coaches from all sports & backgrounds. I run regular webinars for the group as participants present on topics of interest or expertise.
