My involvement in elite sport has exposed me to elite athletes, coaches and environments.
My passion for sport, people and coaching has developed experiences and an areas of great interest around 1:1 coaching, performance and player development.
It has been a formative experience that continues to influence my approach to sport, interviews, and my podcast

Helped raise £5,000 for children’s heartbeat trust charity. Collaborated with event staff and organisers to deliver content pre event and reporter for the live stream
